William (BJ) Lawson is a Board Member of Ag TechInventures. He is an entrepreneur with a background in engineering and medicine, co-founder and CEO of EHOP Health. He is dedicated to helping people restore health and reverse chronic disease through lifestyle change, and learning to Eat Well, Move Well, and Live Well. He is also a consultant to software and technology companies looking to take their Web applications to the next level of performance, scalability, and device responsiveness. BJ graduated from the Duke University School of Engineering with degrees in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering, and subsequently earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the Duke University School of Medicine. While in surgery residency, he co-founded MercuryMD Inc., a healthcare-focused software company that transformed physician adoption of technology by providing mobile access to patient information. MercuryMD was acquired by the Thompson Corporation.
