Julianne Bielski is the Founding Chief  Technology Officer of the SoilMetrix spin-off with over 20 years of experience in software development and design. She has worked for both start-ups and large enterprises (IBM, Google) in such diverse areas as educational software, application performance monitoring, computer platform management, and now precision agriculture. Her interests lie in Machine Learning, Software Architecture, and Cognitive Computing. She has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
